

In 2002 graduated Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture (KNUCA) and got degree Master of geodesy.
Since 2003 worked at the Department of GIS and Photogrammetry KNUCA as an assistant, assistant professor, in 2013 - professor.
In 2007 defended PhD thesis "Methodic basics of geodetic support of mobile mapping system".
In 2011, awarded the rank of associate professor in the Department of GIS and Photogrammetry.
In 2012 defended doctoral thesis "Theory and practice of terrestrial laser scanning in engineering geodesy problems".
Since 2007, Vice Dean of the Faculty of GIS and territories management. From 2014 Dean of the Faculty of GIS and territory management.
Chairman of the Scientific and methodical commission of Ministry of Science and Education of Ukraine "Geodesy and Land Management" (2012-2015, 2016-2018).
Regional Coordinator of Working Group (WG) V/7 - Innovative Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing Technologies in Training Civil Engineers and Architects - a New Step towards Communication and Knowledge Exchange in Technical Commission V Education and Outreach of International Society Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ISPRS) (2016-2020).
Member of WG III/5 - Information Extraction from LiDAR Data Intensity in Technical Commission III Remote Sensing of ISPRS (2016-2020).
Officer of Ukrainian Society of Geodesy and Cartography.
Author of the project of geodetic support of reconstruction of the National Sports Complex "Olympic" (Kyiv, Euro 2012), led the scientific assistance of geodetic support of construction and reconstruction of large engineering structures - arched bridge across the river Dnieper (2013), the construction of two stations of subway lines (2010-2013), all of these in Kyiv.
Author of 170 scientific works, including 19 patents for invention.
Editorial board’s member of scientific journals: Geodesy and Geomatics Engineering (USA), Vestnik SSUGT (Russia), Bulletin of Geodesy and Cartography (Ukraine), Engineering Geodesy (Ukraine), Underwater Technologies (Ukraine).
